I hope this letter finds you and your family well. It has been one year since the pandemic began and all of our lives were affected. All of us here at Ryan Oetken Family Dentistry want to thank you for trusting us to serve your dental needs safely during this time. Our practice over the last year has evolved at a rapid pace. I wanted to write this letter to showcase how things may look a little different at your upcoming visits.

Team Members

You may have seen some new faces at your last visit. I am very excited about the amazing, talented team that we have in place and look forward to you meeting them. This team is dedicated to providing excellence of care and dedicated to your visit being a first class experience.

Same Day Collection

            In order to keep fees as low as possible, we are improving our billing process. Payment and/or Copay will be expected on the day of service to minimize statements. For larger treatment plans, we do accept CareCredit!

Electronic Billing Statements

If there is a need for you to receive a statement, we will be sending them via text message. We still accept cash, check, or credit card. For your convenience, you have the capability to use the online payment portal on our website.

2 Way Texting

            We are able to interact with our patients with text messages for our Covid questionnaire, reminders, and general information. We will return text messages during business hours. Please remember, changes to appointment times are not taken via text or email. You will need to contact the office to make changes.

Electronic Medical and Dental Forms
